Sherika founded AnchorHer to fill a critical gap in support for women in recovery, creating a space grounded in structure, accountability, and real community. Her vision is to provide an environment where women are not only supported, but also challenged to grow, rebuild, and move forward with intention

As the Founder and Executive Director, Sherika is hands-on, result-driven, and committed to creating a recovery environment that is both compassionate and accountable. She believes recovery works best when women are given real support, clear expectations, and the opportunity to build stability for themselves.

Outside of AnchorHer, Sherika is a mother of two and a dog mom. She enjoys bringing warmth and life into spaces or creating an environment that feels welcoming, grounded, and alive.

Her approach is simple: provide real support, hold women accountable. and make every moment in recovery count
