Sherika founded AnchorHer to fill a critical gap in support for women in recovery, creating a space that combines structure, accountability, and a community that truly empowers growth. She's hands on. results driven and believes that recovery works best when it's tough but fair.

Outside of AnchorHer, Sherika is a mom of two, a fiancé and a dog mom. She enjoys adding new plants to her home and creating spaces that feel welcoming and alive.

Her approach is simple: provide real support, hold women accountable and make every moment in recovery count
